We are facing a great challenge in our community—lack of access to clean and safe water. Every day, families and children must walk long distances to fetch water from rivers miles away. In some cases, children have even improvised cow-pulled carts to carry water for their homes. Others use donkeys or other methods to search for this very important commodity.

This struggle takes away precious time from school, exposes families to health risks, and adds heavy burdens to already struggling households.

We believe a borehole water well can be the solution. With your support, we can provide clean, safe, and nearby water for hundreds of people   in our Mbeere community.
